I am going to school in about a week or two, and I found out that somehow I have to be in band. I have never been in band before, so I have no idea what to do. I think that I have to tell a guidance counselor or something.

I do not know anyone that is on my team at school. I hope that you know; maybe if you could give me some advice on how to make a few quick friends at a school that some people already know you. I have this girl that keeps calling me a really bad nickname. You may not think that it is bad, but she calls me it and I am two grades higher than her.

She is so annoying she calls me Fish Face because of four years ago when I was playing a game with her friend. This is her first year in the school, and it is my third year. No matter what I say or do she keeps on calling me it, and I do not want her to call me it when I am in front of my friends.

Ignore any comments this girl makes. It's her problem, not yours.I find it easier to make friends if I ignore any comments others may have. And the best thing to do is JUST BE YOURSELF. People don't like a fake.

Talk to your guidance counselour and let EVERYTHING out. Ask your counselor about what to do about this girl, and how to make new friends. Hope I could !
